Book was kind of short, but there is only so to say about hair growth. I learn a few new things.
Great book. It really gives alot of helpful information. All is usefull and very easy to do at home alone
This is actually a decent book on the subject, and gives some great advice on how to make your hair longer, healthier shinier...just like the title says. This is something I have been working on for ages, so I was glad to find this book, and the information in it.
It's hard to find really good information about caring for hair like mine, so I was really pleased to find this. It does the job and shows you what you need to do to really make your hair look great. This is a great opportunity to implement simple ideas that make your hair look really good.
I am not impressed. This book gave very basic information which is available on a quick Google search by typing in " growing Long Hair" this book was very short. If you do not feel like Googling information on the subject and want a book to tell you what the internet can spell out...then this is the book for you.
This book took less than 5 minutes to read. Jenny Perry probably spent more effort on the cover. Fool me once Jenny Perry...
I don't know about the growing faster part but I read this today and I think you do get the simple strategies and everyday things to do (and not do), crash course on hair biology, a few recipes for hair care products and so on as the descriptions says. It is organized, concise but still friendly, and has good advice.
